Appraisal/Valuations & Restoration

Expert Art Appraisals

Whether a treasured heirloom passed down through generations or a distinguished acquisition, understanding the true value of your artwork is essential to preserving its legacy.

As certified art appraisers, we provide both online and in-person valuations and appraisals for fine art, residential contents, collectibles, and decorative items.

How do I get an online Valuation or Appraisal?

Call us at 970-490-1001 and set up an appointment.

Getting started is simple:  Once we set up an appointment we will either meet in-person or send us photos of your piece by email, and we’ll provide an online valuation. In some cases, we may require an in-person review to confirm authenticity.

What is the difference between a Valuation and an Appraisal?

Valuations is an informal estimate of the current market value of the piece (verbal estimate) The client will not receive any paperwork.  In many cases we can do this over the phone with photos.

An appraisal involves further research and includes certified paperwork, digital research documentation, and the current market value along with the Appraisers certification.  Since this is an actual document you submit to Insurance Companies and Auction Houses etc.   Appraisals are needed in the following instances: insurance loss / replacement value, estate probate, resale purposes, and division of assets.

How long does it take?

Appraisals involve more research and the time to complete them may vary. Please allow 3 to 10 weeks for a complete appraisal.

How much does it cost?

Once your information is submitted, one of our art consultants will call you with an estimate.
